Last night Joey and I went to death cab for cutie. I was impressed how well these guys sounded live. They played a really long set which was great because they have a lot of songs. We went with our super fun friends dallas and jami. Besides it being about 100 degrees (mind you it was 8 pm) at an outside venue, it was a lot of fun. The lead singer commented how he felt like he was in a microwave. Funny cause I feel like that every day!
Tip- the guy (or gal) who was doing the sound had the bass guitar mixed way louder then they have it on their cds and it sounded really sweet. Try turning it up the next time you are chill'in out to death cab.

you're a cool mom Cambi! I haven't been to a show since I was pregnant with Blake, we saw the Format and they don't even exist anymore! I need to get out!
