Happy Birthday Joey!!!

Happy Birthday to the most amazing guy ever! Joey is so wonderful I don't ever know where to start so I will give the top ten reasons (not in any particular order) that he is perfect for me (some might be a little long) ....

1. He is beautiful! (Inside & out) The first time I saw Joey I thought I didn't have a chance because he was way to pretty to be with a tomboy like me. I love that his hair always looks amazing and that he used all the clothing gift cards that I got for Christmas on himself. He is the sweetest person ever! I have never met any one who doesn't like him.

2. He still is an amazing skateboarder at 28. He is so cute to watch and I love how proud Mikey looks when he watches him ride around at the skatepark.

3. He cleans! This is something I was never very good at, so I knew I needed to marry someone who was. Now granted he isn't Dane :), but Joey is pretty awesome at making sure that the house looks great.

4. He is soft spoken but can be totally wild & crazy at the same time. Love it!!! I think Mikey may be one of the only people in the world who has ever heard him yell (and he just might yell at you too if you pulled the fire alarm at Ace hardware).

5. He loves his girl! Hazel is so lucky that she gets Joey as a father. He is totally in love with her and always treats her like a princess.

6. He loves to spend time with me. I love being married to a guy who's idea of a good time is just to hang out with me swimming, going somewhere fun, or just watching a movie.

7. He never says a bad word about anyone. Sometimes this can be hard for me but he is continually making me a better person by letting me vent my frustration then saying "okay lets keep it positive".

8. I love that while I'm writing this post he is off at a priesthood meeting that no one is making him go to. He is an amazing worker and has never complained about getting up at 4:50 am every morning to drive 45 minutes to work.

9. He is always trying to make me more girly! Joey has gone shopping by himself to buy me high heels (without me asking of course). My sister calls him "my lobster" because she says without him I would be a hopeless

tom-boy.

10. I love that ever as I sit here typing I know I am not giving him the true justice that he deserves. I love that thinking about him can bring tears to my eyes and excitement to my heart.
