Come on!

So I don't know if its something that happens when boys are 2 and 9 months but MAN is Mikey giving Joey and I a hard time. He does stuff now that would normally make you really upset but he puts a twist on it and makes it impossible to be angry.
case and point... Mikey was throwing a temper tantrum. we put him to bed but he was still screaming. Me and Joey sit down and try to relax but then we hear Mikey (he leans down and yells out the bottom of his door)
"I WANT THE BOOK OF MORMON, I WANT THE BOOK OF MORMON"

THEN...
Yesterday I went to Cafe Rio with some friends. They both have little girls and they were both being angels, but Mikey was running around the place getting mints from the cashier. All at once I couldn't see him any more. I got up and started to look all over the place. I started running around thinking the worst but trying not to panic. One of the other moms started to look with me, while the other watched the kids. I seriously thought I was going to be sick. I finally found him in the mens bathroom by himself using the potty. this only lasted about three minutes but sure freaked me out.
*Don't worry we had a long talk about not going to the potty by himself. And those of you who may be thinking that I wasn't watching him enough, well I invite you to watch him for a day and then we will talk.

THEN THERE WAS TODAY...
Well today mixed up the order of his new trick. He did a great job going #2 in the potty before his nap. Once he was down I took the chance to catch a quick shower. While this is what I found. A poop sculpture! Yuck! I will spare you all the details.

So he has now moved up from finger painting to sculpture. He even put decorative piece on the top. This boy better make me some money some day with these skills.

Oh Boy. It sounds like you have your hands full. Talk about crazy. I don't know what I would do if I was greated by a sculpture like that. Hope things get better.

That's really funny! Hopefully, Joshua won't take any liking to creating poop sculptures! That would really gross me out. Make sure to use that story at his wedding reception someday!

Oh my ... well my hat is off to you. Let me tell you I think you do an amazing job with those kiddos of yours. I remember watching you and Brittany in awe as your little guys were running around and Olivia was clinging to my side. Hang in there!

Joey wasn't an easy toddler. He kept me very busy, I had very long days and sleepless nights..... Although he didn't have a thing for his poop (thank goodness). It sounds like Mikey got some of the Witten's artistic talent and creativity. I would love to have a picture of my grandson sculpture.

And he's also freakin' adorable so he's got that going for him. I for one would LOVE more detail on the poop sculpture... did you take a picture?

Awesome! I wish you had a picture of his artwork.

I don't need to watch him for a day...I saw him in action when you were here to visit! (I know why you are so thin... you have to keep up with him!)

I love the picture, what a cute kid!

Oh Cambi... I understand! William is following closely in Mikey's footsteps - and he does the same cute kind of stuff that it is hard to get upset at him. Boys are great, aren't they! LOL....
